The general Terms and Conditions of Dilip Mewara & Sons having Brand name PTS detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the 'User' (hereafter also referred to as 'You' or the 'Customer') and PTS (hereafter also referred to as 'We' or the 'Website'). Both parties accept these Conditions unreservedly. These mentioned general Terms & Conditions are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express written or prior notice. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you have read and do unreservedly accept our general Conditions. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and PTS as they are used to protect your rights as a valued customer and our rights as a business.

Any partial or total Copy of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorization by firm. All information, content and files are protected by National law concerning intellectual ownership and copyright. As per section 14 of the Copyright Act, firm does not give you the right to copy, display or distribute content that you do not have the rights. . Copyright registration is invaluable to a copyright holder who wishes to take a civil or criminal action against the conflict. All fraudulent use of this content that violates the rights held by a third party constitutes an offence of forgery (fraud), which is severely punished under the Indian Copyright Protection

Delivery charges will be applicable and will pay according to the delivery location. Delivery by the Company will be deemed to have taken place when the goods are handed to the Client at his premises or courier when posted. The Company will be entitled to charge the Client for any expenses of delivery other than normal shipping charges. Also, the prices, quantities and delivery time stated in any quotation are not binding on the Company. They are commercial estimates only which the Company will make reasonable efforts to achieve. Ordered material will generally dispatched within 48hours after receipt of final payment and are shipped via private courier company with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer Express delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them

Delivery charges for products requiring return will be paid for by the Client in full and shall not be charged back to the Company. If additional attempts on delivery need to be made by the Company, for any reason whatsoever, the Company shall charge the Client accordingly to supply this additional service.

The Company shall request that any item or items returned shall be received in the same condition as was sent, to include the same amount of packaging and documentation. Liability for damage of returned goods in transit shall be that of Client. The Company reserves the right to make a reasonable charge to the Client in respect of damage to returned Goods. Both parties shall maintain strict confidence and shall not disclose to any information to third party or material relating to the other or the others business which comes into that party's possession and shall not use such information and material.

• In Case of product need to claim warranty, they must have invoice copy, warranty card.
• For minor complaints we will take care of that, for major one will check and sent the goods back to direct company.
• Once we got the goods back we will check and give it you.
